What your rug gets
- Dye stability check first, so colours never bleed into each other
- Dust beaten out from the base before any wet work begins
- Wash matched to the weave, wool, silk touch, cotton or synthetic
- Fringes washed and straightened by hand, not blasted
- Dried flat with airflow, so rugs never ripple or curl
Why rugs need a specialist, not a carpet cleaner
A rug is not a small carpet. Natural dyes run. Hand knots distort under harsh machines. Fringes shred. Standard carpet chemistry assumes synthetic wall to wall and treats everything the same. Your rug gets read first: fibre, dye, knot, soil. Then the method follows the rug, never the other way around.
How booking works
Send rug photos, including the back and any labels, on WhatsApp. Most quotes come back within hours. You approve a fixed quote before anything starts. Cleaned in your home with full care, then inspected with you fringe to fringe. Not thrilled, we rework it free.
